ABOUT DESIGN BY AAD
Design By AAD is the design studio of Arthur Cherry located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. AAD specializes in book jacket & cover design, but also creates brand identity, plays with type, takes photos and works on projects print or digital.
ABOUT ARTHUR
Arthur has a BA degree in visual communication. He has received recognition in Print Magazine's Regional Design Annual, been awarded AIGA's A4 and A5 design awards, been featured in GOOD magazine, INK magazine and on various design websites. He has also had the opportunity to speak about book design and to be a judge for AIGA's 50 books / 50 Covers competition in 2011.
When not working Arthur can be found riding one of his bikes, taking photos or traveling.
